Wallingford Police Blotter: May 9 Through May 16, 2021
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Lashawn G. Jackson, 47, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 9 on three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of risk of injury to child, two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count of first-degree criminal mischief. He is being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond with a court date of July 12, according to state judicial records.
Garrett Jones, 25, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

David J. Sylvia, 58, of McGuire Court, Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 28.
Alphonza Howard, 44, of East Pearl Street, New Haven, was arrested May 11 on two counts of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 4.

Michael J. DeLucia, 41, of 36 Evergreene, Wallingford, was arrested May 12 on charges of risk of injury to child, evading responsibility – injury/property damage, operating vehicle without insurance, improper use – marker/license/registration and operating an unregistered vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 24.
Christina Marciano, 36, of Poplar Street, North Haven, was arrested May 12 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.
Cedrick D. Eaton, 41, of Oliver Street, Meriden, was arrested May 13 on charges of drinking while driving, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 13.
Thomas A. Callan, 58, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested May 14 on charges of simple trespass, interfering with officer/resisting and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond. A re-arrest order was issued on May 28, according to state judicial records.
Erin E. Scanlon, 25, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 30.
Ashley L. Cordova, 24, of Claremont Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on charges of second-degree reporting false incident and misuse of emergency 911 – false alarm. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 26.
Thomas J. Kuntz, 60, of Winding Brook Lane, Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on charges of interfering with an emergency call, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of July 15.
