Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 16 Through Nov. 23, 2020

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Kristin Fortin, 38, of Judd Square, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25, according to state judicial records.

Joran R. Ruocco, 26, of Parker Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.

Joseph Castagna, 36, of Morgan Street, New London, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny. He is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.

Dhafir W. Amin, 39, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of second-degree robbery and fourth-degree larceny. He is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 27. He was additionally charged with sixth-degree larceny and was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond for that charge.

Marc Stanley, 56, of Howe Street, North Haven, was arrested Nov. 19 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 17.

Jonathan P. Fragoso, 21, of Chimney Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 21.

Charles E. Bradley, 42, of Bellevue Terrace, Seymour, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle, third-degree burglary, operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 23.

Alexis D. Ellis, 35, of First Street, Hamden, was arrested Nov. 21 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 19.

Deion J. Lovett, 24, of Clough Road, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.

Joel Torres, 32, of Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of first-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.

Elizabeth C. Davis, 38, of Talmadge Hill Road, Prospect, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.

Emma B. Connolly, 55, of Pieper Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 2.

James P. McIntyre, 35, of Murdock Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 25.
