WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Shelton earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 21, Gary Cosgrove Jr., of Wallingford, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from Cumberland Farms #4709 in Shelton and won $10,000.
