Company Devises Plans For Waterford Airport Property

WATERFORD, CT — Minnesota-based concrete manufacturer Fabcon Precast reportedly has plans for the 188-acre Waterford Airport property, according to The Day. The property located at 140 Waterford Parkway South has a current assessed value of $4.3 million.

The company has applied for inland wetlands approval from the Conservation Commission as well as filing a special permit application. Company officials told The Day that they're interested in opening a new plant in the New England market.
