The Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council (SECWAC) announced today that Fiona Hill is to speak on the domestic and foreign policy challenges of dealing with Vladimir Putin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, via Zoom. The virtual presentation is free for members; $20 for non-members. Registration is required.

Long-time Russia expert Dr. Fiona Hill will discuss the challenges faced by the US in formulating a consistent foreign policy to deal with Vladimir Putin’s approach to international relations. She will discuss the Biden-Putin meeting in the context of past interactions between Putin and US presidents. Dr. Hill will also provide a glimpse of her book “There is Nothing for You Here: Finding Opportunity in the 21st Century”, due out in October 2021.
