New Restaurant Approved In Waterford
The project received unanimous approval at a recent zoning meeting.

WATERFORD, CT — A developer, Coco & May LLC received approval from the town Planning and Zoning Commission last month to construct a restaurant at 363 Mago Point Way, according to meeting minutes.
Attorney William Sweeney informed members that the cafe restaurant will be on the site of the former LaCasa restaurant.
"The existing building will be demolished and the new structure will be complaint with both FEMA and flood plain regulations," according to meeting minutes.

The approval included several conditions including mandating that streetscape improvements be undertaken.
