Police Celebrate Annual Tree Decoration and Holiday Sing at Waterford School

The Waterford Police Department held it's 4th annual tree decoration and holiday sing [on Wednesday].

Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with Buddy the Elf, led 1st graders from the Oswegatchie School in a carol sing and tree decoration. The kids brought ornaments that they have made at school to decorate the tree.

Each child then got to speak with Santa and tell him what they might want for the Holidays. All of them assured us that they've been good little boys and girls, and aren't on the naughty list.

We told the kids that we deal with other people on the naughty list, and were happy to hear that we didn't have to worry about them.

Thanks to Sergeant Seymour or organizing the event, and Sergeant Silva, Officer Fredricks, and Officer Jennings from the Stamford Police Department for "assuming the roles" this year. Check back with us next year when the Quaker Hill School will be coming to visit.
