WATERFORD, CT — State police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 17-year-old from Waterford, considered to be an endangered runaway.

Sipo Matshoba was last seen early Wednesday. He has black hair and brown eyes, is 5'06" and weighs 140 pounds. No clothing description was provided.
