Trita Parsi will speak to a new paradigm for U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, one that de-emphasizes the use of military force, while increasing diplomatic engagement. The case is laid out in an article published by the Quincy Institute and authored by Paul Pillar, Andrew Bacevich (a SECWAC alumnus who spoke in November 2016), Annelle Sheline, and Trita Parsi. Whether you agree or disagree with this argument, please come to the meeting on February 10th and join in the conversation.
Parsi’s presentation is part of the SECWAC 2021 monthly Speaker Series. Register in advance at https://scwac.wildapricot.org/event-4089126
