Waterford Man Accused Of Yelling Racial Slurs At Neighbors
A Waterford man was arrested on intimidation charges after he yelled racial slurs at his neighbors, according to a report.
WATERFORD, CT — A Waterford man was arrested on charges that he yelled racial slurs at his neighbors last month, according to The Day. Robert Dudley, 57, of 30 Ridgewood Ave., was charged with first-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias, second-degree breach of peace, and risk of injury to a child.
Police responded to a call July 25 for a man who had taken his father as a potential hostage. The father told police that his son suffers from schizophrenia and paranoia.
Dudley is also accused of using racial slurs multiple times against his neighbor and their children, according to The Day.
