Waterford Man Arrested On Patronizing Prostitute Charges
New London police arrested Richard Bruno of Waterford on Thursday, March 19. Bruno was arrested on sexual extortion charges on May 5.
Waterford man Richard Bruno was taken into custody by New London Police Department officers on Thursday, May 19, on two counts of patronizing a prostitute.
Bruno, 46, was taken into custody at New London Court, 112 Broad St. The 33 Shore Rd. resident was at New London Court after an arrest on May 5, on the following charges:
- Criminal attempt at trafficking in person (one count)
- Criminal attempt at sexual assault in the second degree (one count)
- Risk and impairment of morals to a minor (two counts)
- Enticement of a minor (two counts)
The investigation is active. A cash bond of $250,000 was set by the court on May 19.
