Waterford Police Arrest Man On Child Pornography Charges

WATERFORD, CT — A New London man who previously lived in Waterford has been arrested in connection with a child pornography case. Robert Logan, 61, of 65 Westridge Road, was arrested for third-degree possession of child pornography, according to police.

The case is related to a September 2019 investigation. Police responded to a Waterford home, where a digital storage device was located.

The storage device was alleged to contain sexually explicit images of minors. The storage device was seized as evidence and an investigation was initiated by the Waterford Police Investigative Services Division.

Inspection of the data on the storage device determined the contents depicted sexually explicit images of minors. Police investigated and found additional storage devices, which led to the search of a New London home.

Police said none of the images identified in this investigation were found to have ties to any local community.
