Another West Haven Resident Wins $50K On Lottery Ticket

WEST HAVEN, CT — It’s been a lucky week for West Haven residents playing Connecticut Lottery games. Two West Haven residents each won $50,000 on tickets that were sold in West Haven on back-to-back days, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

Kevin Carroll won $50,000 on a Keno ticket that was sold at West Haven Elks, Lodge #1537 on Oct. 2.

The win came just one day after Harriett Howard won $50,000 on a Lucky Links Night ticket that was sold at Julia's Market LLC in West Haven.
