WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $11,100 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 8, Amjad Mohammad, of West Haven, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the AFZ Foodmart in West Haven and won $11,100.
