UPDATE: The dog has been reunited with her owner, according to the animal control.
WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog’s owner.
“This beautiful girl was found roaming on Isadore St.,” officials wrote in a post on Facebook. “She is wearing a collar, with no tags, or microchip.”
