WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog’s owner.
“This sweet guy was found roaming on Gilbert/Hinman,” the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. “He does not have a collar, tags, or microchip. If anyone has any information on this dog, please call the shelter at 203-937-3642.”
