WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog’s owner.
The dog, pictured, was found roaming on Second Avenue near the beach with a blue harness, no tags or microchip.
Anyone with information is asked to call the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642.
