WEST HAVEN, CT —Vice President Kamala Harris, in New Haven Friday as part of the Biden Administration's "Help is Here" campaign to promote the American Rescue Plan stimulus package, visits the West Haven Child Development Center to deliver remarks.

She's joined there by by Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro.
