Lost Dog’s Owner Sought In West Haven: Animal Shelter

WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog owner.

“This little girl was found roaming on Jones St near Second Ave last night,” the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook on Friday. “A good samaritan held her overnight and brought her to us this morning.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the animal shelter at 203-937-3642.

“AND BEFORE ANYONE ASKS THE FINDER OF THE DOG WISHES TO KEEP IT IF NO OWNER IS FOUND SO THE DOG WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!!!” officials wrote on Facebook.
