Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Minor: West Haven Police
The man was arrested following an investigation that began in July, according to police.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven man is accused of sexually assaulting a minor, according to police.
Sean Weir, 52, was arrested on a warrant Monday following an investigation that began in July. The West Haven Police Department’s Special Victims Unit investigated an “incident of alleged sexual abuse of a minor,” according to police.
Weir was charged with first-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13 and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Weir turned himself in at West Haven Police Headquarters and was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond.
