Plumbing Business Leases New Space In West Haven
The lease was announced by realtors on Thursday.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A local plumbing service has leased a new space in West Haven, according to realtors.
T. J. Plumbing Supplies & Service, LLC is leasing 1,280 square feet at 375 Morgan Ln. in West Haven, The Geenty Group announced Thursday.
Edward Nieves and Carrieann Malangone are the owners and will use the space for their plumbing contractor business, according to a news release.

The landlord is John C. D’Amato & The LAD Trust. Geenty Group agents Kevin Geenty, Kristin Geenty and Bill Clark were the agents for the Landlord.
Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz was the agent for the tenant.
