Police Holding Toy Drive In West Haven
Officers from both the West Haven and University of New Haven police departments will be collecting toys for families in need.

WEST HAVEN, CT — Officers from both the West Haven and University of New Haven police departments will be collecting toys for families in need at Walmart in December. The Toys4Joy Toy Drive will be held at Walmart, 515 Saw Mill Road, on Dec. 6, Dec. 13 and Dec. 20 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. each night.
“Won’t you please consider bringing or purchasing a new unwrapped toy which will be distributed to a less fortunate local child,” West Haven Police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Please present the toy(s) you wish to donate to one of the representative from the West Haven or University of New Haven Police while you do your holiday shopping at Walmart.
“We wish you and your family a very happy 2018 holiday season and thank you in advance for your generous donations.”
