Schools Veteran Named New Assistant Superintendent In West Haven
A 34-year employee of the West Haven school system has been named the district's new assistant superintendent.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A 34-year veteran of West Haven Public Schools has been named the district’s new assistant superintendent, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports Judith Bonacci Drenzek, currently serving as principal of Edith Mackrille School, was approved by the Board of Education this week and starts her new role on July 1.
The school board also approved the resignation of Washington Elementary School Principal Twana Shirden, giving the district two elementary school principal vacancies, according to the Register.
