WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Richard DeLeon, 13, who was reported missing from West Haven on Feb. 8.
DeLeon is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray jacket, dark-colored jeans, sneakers and a black skull cap.
