Truck Accident Now Cleared On I-95 In West Haven: UPDATE

UPDATE: The accident is now cleared, according to state officials, but delays remain through the area.

WEST HAVEN/ORANGE/MILFORD, CT — Mondays are no fun to begin with and they are even worse when the commute to work takes a lot longer. An accident involving a truck on Interstate 95 between exits 41 and 42 is causing a 4-mile delay as of 8 a.m.

The delays are stretching back into Milford. The right lane is closed on the northbound side of the highway.
