West Haven Coronavirus Update: 1,125 Cases, 73 Deaths

WEST HAVEN, CT — There are 1,125 cases of the coronavirus in West Haven as of Wednesday, according to newly released data.

There were 73 total deaths reported as of Wednesday, according to the daily data report.

As of Wednesday, there are 50,706 coronavirus cases across the state, with 4,450 coronavirus-related deaths. There are currently 70 hospitalized patients across the state.

To date, Connecticut has tested 917,282 people.

The breakdown in statewide cases by age is as follows:

• 0-9: 817 cases
• 10-19: 1,932 cases
• 20-29: 6,573 cases
• 30-39: 7,299 cases
• 40-49: 7,121 cases
• 50-59: 8,435 cases
• 60-69: 6,856 cases
• 70-79: 4,549 cases
• 80+: 7,064 cases

The breakdown in statewide deaths by age is as follows:

• 0-9: 1 death
• 10-19: 1 death
• 20-29: 4 deaths
• 30-39: 21 deaths
• 40-49: 57 deaths
• 50-59: 182 deaths
• 60-69: 546 deaths
• 70-79: 968 deaths
• 80+: 2,670 deaths
