West Haven Man Accused Of Assault At Restaurant: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A West Haven man is facing several charges after an incident occurred at a popular downtown restaurant, Milford Police said.

On July 6, police responded to 50 Daniel Street on a report of an unruly patron, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Christopher Franco, 21, of Maltby Avenue in West Haven, who is accused of striking a security personnel after being asked to leave for the night due to his behavior, police said.

He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering/resisting an officer. His court date is July 30.
