WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven man won $100,000 on a winning Lottery ticket earlier this week, according to Connecticut Lottery officials.
David Hicks won $100,000 on a Cash 5 ticket that was sold at Best Food Mart in West Haven on June 3.
