WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,208 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 1, Joseph Stoudmire, of West Haven purchased a Play4 Day ticket from Grillo's Market in West Haven and won $10,208.
