WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a winning Lottery ticket, according to Connecticut Lottery officials.
Wei Wu Huang won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 5Th Edition scratch-off ticket that was sold at Krauszers on Elm Street in West Haven on June 10.
