WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $22,604 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 9, Brian Mari, of West Haven purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the CardSmart in Milford and won $22,604.
