WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident won $50,000 while playing a Lottery game this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Harriett Howard won $50,000 on a Lucky Links Night ticket that was sold at Julia’s Market LLC in West Haven on Oct. 1.
