WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Yvonne Covington won $10,000 on a 30X CASH 6TH EDITION ticket that was sold at Cumberland Farms in Orange on Oct. 8.
