Tired of Being Labled a "Hippo" and "Hippo-chondriac?" Check Out Simple 7 Nutrition's Free Workshop Wednesday!

A new nutrition company has opened in nearby Danbury. Simple 7 Nutrition teaches how to rid your body of toxins and achieve your optimum health by following seven simple steps to good health.

Do you sometimes feel like a "hippo" or a "hippo-chondriac?" Simple 7 Nutrition is asking these questions and more to teach people how to achieve optimum health through proper nutrition.

By ridding your body of toxins, you can achieve your best health, according to Debbie Magney, owner of Simple 7 Nutrition, a new health company based out of Danbury. It's not about eating good carbs, bad carbs, high fats or low fats, Magney said, it's about learning a new approach.

Magney was raised in Milford and Newtown Connecticut but moved to California for 20 years when she married her husband. It was there that she became hooked on eating healthy, local produce and changed her diet and way of life. Her goal now is to share her love of eating local, healthy and organic foods so her clients can look and feel good too.

Find out the seven simple steps you can take to help rid your body of dangerous toxins. Magney teaches about the many conflicting ideas of what will bring about optimal health. Toxins are found in nearly all common health issues, she said.
