
Turning CARING into DOING with the largest food bank in Florida. In one week, thirty South Florida State Farm agents raised funds to help Feeding South Florida® serve over 59,000 meals to families in need throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Feeding South Florida®, the leading domestic hunger-relief organization in South Florida, regularly serves over 706,000 individuals who are food insecure in the region. Since COVID-19 began, there has been a 600% increase in requests for food assistance. Feeding South Florida® has responded with over 400 drive-thru food distributions, home delivery of meals for older adults, grab ‘n go meals at school sites for children and families, and regular service to its network of partner agencies.
