City Of Coral Gables Deploys Firefighters To Surfside To Assist Search And Rescue Efforts

First responders from all over the world have come together to help and support the Surfside community. Coral Gables is proud to have deployed firefighters who are working under the direction of Miami-Dade County to assist in the search and rescue efforts. The Coral Gables Police Department is also assisting directing traffic.
"It is in times like these that we can see firsthand the bravery of these men and women and, I couldn't be prouder of all Firefighters. I applaud the dedication, composure and sensitivity that they have shown as they work this unimaginable tragedy." said Coral Gables Fire Chief Marcos De La Rosa.
