Miami-Dade County Watering Restrictions In Place

Residents can qualify to receive a rebate for purchasing water efficient fixtures such as showerheads and faucets.

Did you know that there is a watering restriction in Miami-Dade County? Watering is not allowed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and should only take place two days out of the week. Following these simple restrictions can conserve water and help the environment.

As a resident of Miami-Dade County, you can qualify to receive a rebate for purchasing water efficient fixtures such as showerheads and faucets. Look for the WaterSense logo when purchasing water fixtures. The City of Coral Gables and Miami-Dade County are encouraging residents and businesses to help conserve water for future generations by purchasing water efficient fixtures and following the watering restrictions.
