New Emergency Order For Miami-Dade Affects Restaurants, Entertainment Venues And More

Gyms and fitness centers can remain open, but everyone inside must wear a face mask.

Miami-Dade County has issued an Emergency Order closing specific entertainment venues not limited to movie theaters, auditoriums, banquet halls and ballrooms. The Order closes indoor service at restaurants, cafeterias and other food services with seating for more than eight people. Only outdoor seating will be allowed with only four people per table with restrictions. Gyms and other fitness centers can remain open, but everyone must wear a facemask. As a municipality located within Miami-Dade County, the City must abide by the County Order.
