Fish Friday: Dunedin Golf Club is Fry with Fine Dining Flair
Dunedin Golf Club's Friday night fish fry is on the finer side.
A white table cloth, glass goblets for water and perfect place settings.
It's the kind of Friday night you make a reservation for at Dunedin Golf Club.

Although the public is welcome, it's quite the same as loading up the SUV and heading down to the driving range with some buddies. Calling ahead is the best way to ensure seating at this fish fry with a fine dining flair.
But don't let the pretense intimidate you, the restaurant's prices are reasonable ($9.95 for the fish fry special) and since diners are seated in limited intervals, the wait staff does not have to turn tables quickly, meaning you've got time to actually enjoy your meal and chat with your company.

The food comes out in a flash: a big plate of fried haddock, a traditional Scottish fare, with a lemon wedge.
That thick and flaky haddock fillet hides inside of a rich, thick coat of beer batter. It is paired with French fries, coleslaw with a delightful tang, and tartar and cocktail sauce for dipping.
Reservations are offered for 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m., which means you can squeeze in a round and still make Friday Night Fish Fry at Dunedin Golf Club your 19th hole.
