• Experience Dunedin Mardi Gras 2026: Fun, Food & Music (dunedindaily.news) — Downtown Dunedin is gearing up for a big Mardi Gras celebration on Fat Tuesday, February 17, 2026, with a city-hosted parade along Douglas Avenue and a lively street festival. Expect music, food, local vendors, and a festive atmosphere from 5–10 p.m., but leave pets and coolers at home. Organizers are still recruiting parade participants, vendors, volunteers, and sponsors. 
• Dunedin City Commission Approves Landmark Designation and Infrastructure Upgrades While Celebrating Community Members and Holiday Parade Winners (hoodline.com) — Dunedin’s City Commission just approved a historic landmark designation for 558 Beltrees Street and funded key infrastructure work, including sidewalk inspections and a PSTA bus shelter cost-sharing agreement. Commissioners also backed park and water plant upgrades, honored Eagle Scout Landon Ray, and announced 2025 Holiday Parade winners like Suncoast United Pipes and Drums. Residents can replay the meeting video on demand.
