Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: April 20 to 26

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between April 20 and 26, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

April 20

• Pinellas County Sheriffs have no record of charging a Dunedin resident on this day.

April 21

• Seth Emil Basham, 30, of Royal Oak Dr, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs, with felony aggravated battery on a pregnant female. He was released on bond.
• Robert Keith Cason, 41, of 857 Lyndhurst St Apt C, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with domestic battery. He was released on bond.
• Joshua Adam Paquette, 24, of 1285 Dale Cir W, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with felony driving while a license is suspended or revoked. It is considered a felony for being a third, or "habitual," offense. He was released on $5,000 bond.
• James M Sims, 39, of 1247 Ranchwood Dr E, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with felony driving while a license is suspended or revoked. It is considered a felony for being a second, or "habitual," offense. He was released on $2,500 bond.
• Thomas P Stacey, 36, of 2025 Spanish Pine Dr, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor criminal mischief, and two counts of violation of probation for DUI and one count violation of probation for reckless driving. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 
• Tiffany Joann Urello, 19, of 1479 Coachlight Way, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

April 22 

• Luis Fernando Agramonte, 21, of 795 San Salvador Dr, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor domestic-related assault. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Ian Matthew Mariscal, 24, of 2431 Treemont Way, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper. He was released on his own recognizance. 

April 23

• Tina Ann Cockroft, 45, of 28488 U.S. 19 N Lot 71, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor domestic battery. She is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 
• Jason Merrit Brescia, 31, of 934 Darian Ct, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor domestic battery. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 

April 24

• Alexandra Reynolds, 32, of 1503 Cascade Ct, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. She was released on bond.

April 25

• Pagona Tzirilis, 35, of 947 Virginia St., was charged by Pinellas County Sheriff's with misdemeanors simple battery, VRR petit theft, and VRR possession of paraphernalia; and felonies VRR possession of buprenophine, VRR possession of diazepam and VRR possession of methadone. She is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

April 26

• Elaine Joyce Hubeer, 68, of 620 Grove Ct Apt B, was charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs with misdemeanor DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.
