Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: Feb. 2 to 8

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Saturday, Feb. 2 and Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

This report does not encompass all arrests within city limits; it reflects only those charges brought against people with a permanent Dunedin address.

Saturday, Feb. 2

• James William Heatley, 38, of 2050 Hunters Glen, was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery. Heatley was released on $5,000 in surety bonds on Feb. 3.
• Deontre Rahsaan Poole, 27, of 2225 Stacy Court, was arrested on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance  —one for cocaine, the other for oxycodone. Poole was released on at least $10,000 in surety bonds.

Sunday, Feb. 3

• Jonathan Franklin Bryant, 18, of 3311 Duncan Loop, was charged by Clearwater Police with one misdemeanor count of petit theft. He was released on $150 cash bond.
• Eric Henri Engle, 23, of 2272 Richter St, was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. Engle was released on $150 cash bond.
• John Picot Frazier, 66, of 2556 Gary Circle, was arrested on the felony charge of burglary of an occupied dwelling, and also charged with one misdemeanor count each of violation of pretrial release and domestic battery. Frazier is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.
• Paul Joseph Tittle, 60, of 148 Skyloch Drive, was charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI. Tittle was released on his own recognizance.

Monday, Feb. 4

• Tommy Lee Hampton, 46, of 1631 Cardinal Lane, was arrested on the felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and also charged with one misdemeanor count of simple battery. Hampton is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail without bond.
• Heather Ann Space, 49, of 1238 Friar Tuck Lane, was charged with misdemeanor resisting an officer without violence. Space was released for time served. 

Tuesday, Feb. 5

• Walter M Hock, 38, of 113 State Road 580, was charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence injunction. Hock was released on his own recognizance.
• MT "TJ" Carnell Jacobs, 20, of 630 Lyndhurst St, was charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence injunction. Jacobs is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

• Cleveland Bailey, 65, of 1211 Bass Blvd, was charged with one misdemeanor count of DUI. Bailey was released on his own recognizance.
• Mark Alan Olds, 46, of 982 Lexington Drive, was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Olds was released on a $1,000 surety bond on Feb. 6.
• Steven Rafael Ortiz, 36, of 758 Wood St, was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. Ortiz was released on $150 bond.
• Teddy Allen Palinkas, 26, of 925 Cedarwood Drive, was arrested on the felony charge of tampering with a witness and the misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. Palinkas is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $2,750 bond.
• Kim Shannon, 38, of 758 Wood St, was arrested on the felony charge of neglect of a child and the misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. Shannon was released on $2,150 cash bond on Feb. 7.

Thursday, Feb. 7

• Brandon Keith Bilecki, 23, of 513 Milwaukee Ave, was arrested on the felony charge violation of probation for a burglary conviction and the misdemeanor charge of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Bilecki is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 

Friday, Feb. 8

• Deanna Martha Hunt, 32, of 1515 Bayshore Boulevard, was charged with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Hunt was released for time served.
• Christopher J Leahy, 48, of 641 Dogwood Court, was charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly intoxication. Leahy was released for time served.
• Karen Margaret MacKenzie, 43, of 200 Woodette Drive, was arrested on a felony count of DUI. MacKenzie is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.
• Eric Christopher Narciso, 27, of 929 Emereson Drive, was charged on one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and obtaining something through fraudulent means. Narciso was released for time served.
