• Grand Oak Park name proposed for Dunedin pocket park (tbnweekly.com) — Dunedin is moving ahead with a new downtown pocket park at the former City Hall site, with “Grand Oak Park” emerging as the favored name to honor historic oaks along Main Street. Commissioners approved a $515,028 construction contract, are weighing restroom placement and street changes around Grant Street, and expect most work to run from late January through April, with restrooms potentially finished in late summer 2026.
