Recent Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: Dec. 13 to 19

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Thursday, Dec. 13 and Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

An arrest does not mean the person was convicted of a crime. 

This report does not encompass all arrests within city limits; it reflects only those charges brought against people with a permanent Dunedin address. 

Thursday, Dec. 13

Lauren Ashley Poteat, 19, 540 Kirkland Circle, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence. Poteat was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 14. (Read more.)

MT Carnell Jacobs, 20, of 630 Lyndhurst St, was arrested on the felony charge of domestic battery, the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence, and the misdemeanor charge of violation of probation for dating violence. Jacobs is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. (Read more.)

Friday, Dec. 14

Michael Patrick Hogan, 31, of 794 Lakeside Drive, was arrested on the felony charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. Hogan is sentenced and in custody at Pinellas County Jail.

Ian Matthew Marsical, 24, of 2431 Treemont Way, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of loitering and prowling. Marsical was released Dec. 14 on $250 cash bond.

Saturday, Dec. 15

Jo Ellen Oswalt, 33, of 718 Wilkie Ave, was arrested by Largo Police on the misdemeanor charge of petty theft. Oswalt was released on Dec. 16 for time served.

Sunday, Dec. 16

Dorinda June Lavas, 27, of 1550 Burham Lane, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for not having a license for a dog. Lavas was released on Dec. 17. 

Monday, Dec. 17

Sean Giffin Brenner, 34, of 801 Main St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence. Brenner was released on Dec. 18.

David M Concialdi, 34, of 1120 Oak St, was arrested on the felony charge of grand theft and the misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Concialdi is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on bond.

John Picot Frazier, 66, of 1671 Bayshore Boulevard, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Frazier is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $500 bond.

April Michelle MacIntyre, 31, of 950 Beltrees St, was arrested on two felony counts of violation of probation for dealing in stolen property, three felony counts of violation of probation for false verification of ownership, and two felony count of violation of probation for grand theft. MacIntyre is awaiting trail at Pinellas County Jail.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

Kyle Joseph Apple, 21, of 1251 Royal Oak Drive, was arrested on two felony counts of sale of marijuana and two misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana. Apple was released on his own recognizance on Dec. 19.

Jessica Ann Brooks, 32, of 646 Wood St, was arrested on the felony charges of robbery with a weapon and violation of probation for providing false verification of ownership to a pawn dealer in Pasco County. Brooks is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Cynthia Lavalley Bruni, 51, of 1631 Cardinal Drive, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication. Bruni was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 19.

Tommy Lee Hampton, 46, of 722 Bay St, was arrested on the felony charge of aggravated assault. Hampton is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 

George Franklin Hauk, 22, of 2205 Stacy Court, was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession, three felony counts of sale of marijuana, and one felony count of marijuana possession. Hauk was released on $25,300 in surety bonds on Dec. 19.

Jon Jacob Kiger, 32, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charge of felony possession of methamphetamine and the misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphrenalia. Kiger is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Benjamin Manuel, 35, of 621 Lyndhurst St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession and reckless driving.

Cailin Marie Maynard, 33, of 801 Main St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and resisting arrest without violence. Maynard was released on $650 in surety bonds on Dec. 19.

Donald Garrett McCabe, 59, of 1100 Curlew Road, was arrested on the misdemeanor charges of failing to appear at court for a DUI and a DUI with a blood-alcohol level of .15 or above, and the felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. McCabe is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Nelson Rathborne Schniewind, 45, of 560 Lexington St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for a license expired more than six months. Schniewind was released on $513 cash bond on Dec. 18.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

Terri Lynn Seminetta, 42, of 1509 Santa Clara Drive, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Seminetta was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 19.
