The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Friday, Jan. 11 and Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

An arrest does not mean the person was convicted of a crime. 

This report does not encompass all arrests within city limits; it reflects only those charges brought against people with a permanent Dunedin address.

Friday, Jan. 11

  • Donald Anthony Eads, 41, transient in Dunedin, was arrested on the felony charge of domestic battery. Eads is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Saturday, Jan. 12

  • Alec Jordan Hubler, 22, of 611 Lyndhurst St, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the felony charge of tampering with physical evidence, and the misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hubler was released on his own recognizance on Jan. 13.
  • Daniel John Puscar, 63, of 1701 Pinehurst Road, was arrested on the felony charge of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Puscar was released on a $5,000 surety bond on Jan. 12.
  • Kathryn Arlie Smith, 29, of 1125 Bass Blvd, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of a crash without injuries. Smith was released on a $250 surety bond on Jan. 13.
  • Sean Edward Turino, 44, of 1209 Davis Road, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Turino was released on a $5,000 surety bond on Jan. 13.

Sunday, Jan. 13

  • Michael Collins, 65, of 552 Roanoke St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Collins was released on his own recognizance on Jan. 14.
  • Jose Elizondo, 34, of 604 Regina Road, was arrested on the misdemeanor charges of driving while a license is suspended or revoked and driving under the influence. Elizondo was released on $1,000 in surety bonds.
  • Patricia Ann Power, 38, of 1112 Oak St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charges of simple battery and domestic battery. Power is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Monday, Jan. 14

  • Mary Jane McDermott, 47, of 100 Diogenes St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct for urinating. McDermott was released after serving time.
  • Maureen Sally Peabody, 52, of 2125 Cedar Lane, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of violation of probation for a DUI involving a blood-alcohol level of .15 or above. Peabody is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

  • Matthew Thomas Brooks, 31, of 1700 Santa Anna Drive, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Brooks is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.
  • Frank S Dixon, 22, 433 Palmetto St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Dixon was released on bond on Jan. 15.
  • Seth Garland, 33, of 1118 Orange Ave, was arrested on the charges of felony interference with custody, felony possession of xanax, felony possession of crack cocaine, and the misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a child. Garland is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail without bond.  
  • Mark Anthony Newman, 45, of 13800 Killie Court, was arrested ont he felony charges of false imprisonment, domestic battery by strangulation and aggravated domestic assault. Newman is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. (Read more.)

Wednesday, Jan. 16

  • Marco Ianella, 34, of 1028 Bass Blvd, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. Ianella is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.
  • Pagona Tzirlis, 34, of 947 Virginia St, was arrested on one felony charges each for possession of the following substances: buprenorphine, diazepam and methadone. Tzirlis is also charged with misdemeanor petit theft and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Tzirlis is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on more than $100,000 bond.

Thursday, Jan. 17

  • Timothy Michael Fatolitis, 23, of 433 Douglas Ave, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of probation for a sexual harassment conviction in Morris County, New Jersey. Fatolitis is in custody at Pinellas County Jail without bond.
  • Brianne Malone, 33, of 1145 Fairway Drive, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the felony charge of trafficking in hydromorphone and sale of a controlled substance (oxycodone). Malone is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $35,000 bond. 

Friday, Jan. 18

  • Franklin Joseph Cooke, 33, of 1415 Main St, was arrested on three misdemeanor counts of failing to appear on charges of obtaining property in return for a worthless check. Cooke was released on his own recognizance.
