Check Out Largo Patch's New Look

Hi! I’m Jared, one of two local editors for Largo Patch. I and Jeffrey Rosenfield want to welcome you to the new site. We’re really pleased with it and we think you’ll like it, too.

First of all, we think the site looks livelier, smoother and more representative of Largo. See that big photo across the top? That’s Largo Central Park, one of the busiest places in the heart of the city.

But a big photo isn’t the only thing that’s better about the site. Now our news looks better and is easier to comment on and share. Right below the news on the homepage you’ll see Blogs, where we showcase more of your neighbor's voices and offer a view of what’s happening beyond the news. Plus, we’ve made it easier to start a blog yourself -- any time, about anything.

Speaking of reader voices, the freshest thing you’ll find on the new Patch are our Boards. They are a totally open place where you can share the things you want your neighbors to know -- lost cats and dogs, school plays, wedding announcements, or that strange thing you saw. 

Share your opinions on the Speak Out Board, and spread the word about your yard sale on the Buy/Sell/Trade Board.

And Largo business owners there is even a spot for you. Share your sales, specials, promotions and openings and closings on the Business Updates Board.
