Largo Jail Bookings: June 10-16

The following report shows charges associated with Largo residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between June10-16. All felony arrests were made by the Largo Police Department unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

June 10

Randy Michael Beal, 30, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts of false verification of ownership and burglary of a dwelling (stealthily). He was released on his own recognizance.

June 11

Robert Shawn Day, 34, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2650 bond.

Kenneth David Demello, 26, of Providence, RI, was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, providing false name or ID to a law enforcement officer and armed burglary. He is in jail awaiting trial on $170,150 bond. 

Erika Kristin Frye, 30, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear and providing false name or ID to a law enforcement officer. She was released on $30,163 bond.

Byron Cornelius Jackson, 32, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with first degree murder and possession of oxycodone. He is in jail awaiting trial.

Michael Stuart Moulds, 49, of Largo, was arrested and charged with felony battery and possession of controlled substance (hydrocodone). He is in jail awaiting trial on $13,000 bond.

Melissa Janet Ortiz, 27, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with first degree murder. She is in jail awaiting trial.

Victoria Lynn Schofield, 47, of Largo, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (third offense) and refusal to submit to testing. She was released on $2,750 bond.

Sharon Rose Turpin, 51, of Largo, was arrested and charged with petit theft (prior convictions). She is in jail awaiting trial on $500 bond.

June 12

Allen Foxworth, 58, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with petit theft (two priors), possession of drug paraphernalia (inhalant) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in jail awaiting trial on $1,150 bond.

Alvin Curtis Posta, 48, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with felony battery (one or more priors). He was released on $5,000 bond.

June 13

Alice Allen, 34, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from Tazewell County Virginia. She is awaiting trial.

Patrice Yolanda Hill, 42, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school. She was sentenced to a year and 10 days in jail.

Franklyn Waring Peterson, 49, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia (inhalant) and violation of career offender registration. He is in jail awaiting trial on $20,150 bond.

Fernando Anthony Sequera, 38, of North Redington Beach, was arrested and charged with two counts of false verification of ownership. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Matthew Wolf, 42, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with grant theft by on duty employee. He was released on $15,000 bond.

June 14

Maria Matalena Faletogo, 35, of Largo, was arrested and charged with theft of controlled substance, possession of adderall and trafficking in hydrocodone. She is in jail awaiting trial on $40,000 bond.

Debra G. Frye, 47, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with grand theft. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Lindsay Erin Laskody, 34, of Indian Rocks Beach, was arrested and charged with petit theft. She was released on $1,000 bond.

James Lee Robinson, 49, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts violation of probation in Hillsborough County and retail theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $150 bond.

June 15

Laura Montanez, 32, of Largo, was arrested and charged with escaping. She is in jail awaiting trial.

Robert Lee Swords, 42, of Largo, was arrested and charged with tampering with a witness and criminal mischief. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,250 bond.

June 16

Borislav Bratic, 59, of Largo, was arrested and charged with grand theft. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Melissa Diane Egbert, 39, of Largo, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She is in jail awaiting trial on $100,000 bond.

Philip Nicholas Faraone, 49, of Seminole, was arrested and charged with violation of parole (interstate fugitive from IL), and leaving the scene of a crash with injury. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,000 bond.

Mark David Gilbert, 47, of Largo, was arrested and charged with felony battery and possession of marijuana. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,500 bond.

Lorenzo Hernandez, 25, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with simple battery and possession of cocaine. He was released on $2,500 bond.
