Feb. 12

James Michael Skala, 44, of Holiday, was arrested and charged with grand theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joseph Michael Seay, 42, of Largo, was arrested and charged with violation of probation for aggravated battery for a charge in Hillsborough County. He was released to Hillsborough County.

Dominick Robert Ingraldi, 18, of Largo, was arrested and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and trespassing at a property/structure/conveyance. He is in jail awaiting trial on $10,150 bond.

Feb. 13

Edward Emanuel Turner, 34, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with home invasion robbery. He was released on $50,000 bond.

Kenneth Lorenzo Shaw, 35, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale of crack cocaine and three counts of possession of crack cocaine. He is in jail awaiting trial on $55,000 bond.

Morgan Keith Green, 44, of Largo, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Feb. 14

Frank Viscido, 71, of Largo, was arrested and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure. He was released on his own recogonizance.

Keith A. Minutolo, 42, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property and burglary of a dwelling stealthily. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Lakesha Chanell Johnson, 27, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged as a habitual offender for driving while license stolen or revoked. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Feb. 15

Tracy Lee Mitchell, 41, of Largo was arrested and charged with fradulant use of a credit card. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Jeffrey Joseph McBride, 45, of Dunedin, was arrested and charged with petit theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Antonio Demarcus Jones, 22, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with principal felony petit theft. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Feb. 16

Emil Michael Werchola, 58, of Seminole, was arrested and charged with petit theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Jason Ross Skinner, 42, of Indian Rocks Beach, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest without violence, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and loitering and prowling. He was released on $10,750 bond.

Lee Edward Manning, 45, of Largo, was arrested and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Craig Cameron Steven, 45, of Largo, was arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. He was released on his own recognizance.

Dean Charles Bournakel, 49, of Largo, was arrested and charged with violation of probation for possession of cocaine and no motor vehicle registration. He was released on his own recognizance.

Sean Christopher Bishop, 25, of Largo, was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Feb. 17

Larry Lamar, 23, of Largo, was arrested and charged with grand theft/ more than $300 but less than $5,000. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Dawn Mari Ashley, 54, of Elgin, IL, was arrested and charged with felony retail theft. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Feb. 18

Michael Ray Hanna, 39, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with domestic felony battery. He is in jail awaiting trial. 

Kyler Francis Blatchley, 18, of Largo, was arrested and charged grand theft of a motor vehicle, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, retail theft and burglary of an occupied dwelling. He is in jail awaiting trial on $30,500 bond.
