LARGO, FL — Largo police have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred at the Four Lakes at Clearwater Apartment Homes Feb. 22.

Arthur Lee Scott was arrested on Thursday in Dade City and charged with first-degree murder.

At 11:49 a.m. Feb. 22, police were called to a shooting at 6465 142nd Ave N. When they arrived, they found a man dead from a gunshot wound.
