LARGO, FL -- The Largo Youth Leadership Council added some pizzazz to the city's storm drains while reminding residents to help keep the city's waterways clean.

These fun, colorful storm drains help remind residents to put "Only Rain Down the Drain."

The council if for Large residents in grades nine through 12 who have a desire to learn about and participate in city government.

Council members learn about city government and operations, provide reports and updates to the City Commission, learn about the city's history, meet city leaders and volunteer to help with community projects.
